摘要
红树林湿地是湿地系统重要而特殊的组成部分,在调节气候、涵养水源、防风御浪、净化环境等方面具有十分重要的作用。广西是我国少数几个有红树林湿地的省区之一,但由于长期的掠夺式开发利用,使红树林湿地面积不断缩小,生态功能和效益日渐衰退,严重制约湿地周边经济社会的全面发展。通过政府正确引导、加大宣传教育、加强保护区的管理、优先发展生态旅游、增加科研投入、重视综合开发等措施,可以实现广西红树林湿地系统的生态开发与保护,创造更好的生态、经济和社会效益。
Mangrove wetland is a significant and special component of the wetland system, which plays an important role in climate regulation, water conservation, wave and wind prevention and environment cleaning. Guangxi is one of the a few provinces possessing mangrove wetland in China. However, due to the long-term crazy exploitation and utilization such as logging, illegal digging and preying, animal stampeding, the wetland area was narrowing and its functions and benefits were declining,which seriously constraint the overall development of economy and society around the wetland. To create a better ecological environment, economic and social benefits, and to implement the ecololgical exploitation and protection, some measures should be taken which including government＇s right guiding, expanding propaganda, improving the management of reserves, giving priority to the development of ecotourism, increasing research investment and attaching importance to comprehensive development etc,
