摘要
高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)技术是国际上较新型的无需固态支撑体的液-液分配色谱技术。介绍了高速逆流色谱的原理、优点、溶剂体系的选择原则、方法,并对其在中草药黄酮类成分分离纯化制备方面的应用进行综述。
The high-speed counter current chromatography （HSCCC） is a new form of support-free liquid-liquid partition chromatographic technique developed in the international academic circles.This paper reviews the application of HSCCC in isolation of flavonoids from Chinese herbs.
