摘要
清洁生产是将污染预防原则应用于生产全过程,通过不断改善管理和技术进步,提高资源利用率,减少污染物排放,从源头上降低生产和服务对环境和人类的危害。针对国内生活垃圾处理技术的不同特点,着重对卫生填埋、垃圾焚烧和生物堆肥方法从经济、技术和环境等方面进行清洁生产分析与评价。
Cleaner production applies the rule of pollution prevention into the whole production processes. The harm of production and service on the environment and human being was reduced by improving management and technology, enhancing the resource utilization efficiency and decreasing the pollutants emission. Aiming at the characteristics of urban domestic waste treatment in China, cleaner production analysis and assessment on sanitation landfill method, waste cremating method and biologic compost method were emphasized from economic, technology and environment.
