少量Sc对Al-Mg-Cu-Li-Zr合金组织与性能的影响 被引量:8

Effect of minor Sc addition on microstructure and properties of Al-MgCu-Li-Zr alloy

摘要 通过显微硬度测试、拉伸试验、SEM、TEM及能谱等方法研究了添加少量Sc对Al-4.0Mg-1.5Cu-1.0Li-0.12Zr合金微观组织与性能的影响。结果表明,Sc的加入能显著提高合金硬度、强度和塑性;促进时效初期δ′(Al3Li)相的均匀析出,形成尺寸细小的δ′相和尺寸较大的Al3Li/Al3(Sc,Zr)复合相,并延缓了δ′相的长大;Sc的添加还促进过时效阶段S′相的弥散析出,延缓软化进程。Z相的形成与时效温度密切相关,而与Ag的添加并无直接关系。 The effect of Sc addition on microstructure and properties of Al-4.0Mg-1.5Cu-1.0Li-0.12Zr alloy was investigated by means of microhardness test,tensile test,SEM and TEM.The experimental results indicate that Sc addition increase hardness,strength and ductility of the alloy.Microstructural analyses show that the addition of Sc promotes the uniform and dispersed precipitation of δ′phases in early ageing stage and forms two kinds of globular particles,fine δ′ phase and larger Al3Li/Al3(Sc,Zr) composite particles.The Sc addition stimulates the dispersed distribution of S′ phases in the overageing stage.The precipitation of Z phase depends on ageing temperature and no significant effect of addition of Ag is observed.
