摘要
采用大孔树脂法对亮叶杨桐叶中山茶苷A进行分离纯化。结果显示,采用D101树脂,以3.0mg/mL流速上样,以无水乙醇3.0mg/mL流速洗脱,获得山茶苷A精制品的纯度可达到91.7%。同时,山茶苷A在猪油体系中具有较明显的抗氧化活性。
Separation and purification of camellianin A from Adinandra nitida leaves by macroporous resin was studied. The result showed that the best resin was D101. The optimized conditions were:the current velocity of adsorption 3.0mg/mL,the eluting reagent 100% ethanol,the eluting velocity 3.0mg/mL. And the purity of product arrived 91.7/%. Camellianin A demonstrated obvious antioxidant activity in lard system.
