Comparative Research on Financing Modes of PFI and BOT

摘要对当今国际流行的两种解决基础设施的融资模式BOT和PFI在历史背景、优缺点等各方面进行了深入的比较分析,以期能对政府部门决策提供指导和借鉴。 According to analyzing and comparing the history background, merits and shortcomings etc. of BOT and PFI popular financing modes, the paper provides development direction and reference for government department.
