摘要
以1年生圆齿野鸦椿幼苗为试材,研究涝渍胁迫对圆齿野鸦椿苗期生长及其叶片生理的影响。结果表明:随着胁迫时间的延长,叶片相对含水量逐渐下降;质膜相对透性和可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛的含量均是先逐渐增大后减小;苗木总生物量呈下降趋势。
Effects of waterlogging stress on growth and leaf physiology of one - year - old Euscaphis kon- ishii Hayata seedlings were studied. The results were as follows: Along with strengthening of waterlogging stress,leaf RWC decreased gradually;the membran permeability, the contents of soluble sugar, proline and MDA increased at first and then decreased ; total biomass showed the tendency of gradual dropping.
