摘要
随着农村老龄人口的不断增加及城市化、工业化进程的加快,我国西部农村社会养老保险问题日显突出。西部农村社会养老保险制度的建立,离不开国家其它相关制度的配套,如果不改革这些相关制度,养老保险基金中个人缴纳部分是很难筹集的,只有从宏观和微观两个层面进行全面改革和建设,西部农村社会养老保险制度才可以科学完善的建立起来。本文主要探讨西部农村社会养老保险基金的筹集与筹集渠道的完善。
With the constant increase of aged population and quick process of industrialization and urbanization, the issue of China＇ s westem rural social endowment insurance shows outstanding day by day. the creation of western rural social endowment insurance system is linked to oth- er relevant national matching systems. If these related systems are not reformed, the individual part of pension insurance funds is very difficult to raise. Only comprehensive reforms and construction from both macro and micro levels are performed, can the rural social endowment insurance system be set up perfectly. The article focused on the research of the mobilization of pension funds, especially on the part of individuals. In Looking for the questions in the connection and trying to get the settlement of the problems in the connection, the article has reflected the dialectical materialism principle well that “the things are generally connected” .
