摘要
根据目前高职教育现状的分析,高职教育人才培养规格应包括国民素质、知识素质、能力素质和人格素质等四大构成要素,其中处理好知识与能力关系、综合能力与人格素质关系等是人才培养规格设计中应特别注意的问题。
This paper analysed actuality of higher vocational education and talents training questions, further to expatiate on subject diatheses, knowledge diathesis, ability diathesis and personality diathesis of talents training standards, put forward to the attentive questions for designing, including how to deal with the relationship between knowledge and ability, comprehensive power and talents quality.
