摘要
我国目前普遍采取的临终关怀模式有"PDS模式"和"施氏模式",这两种模式在我国现有国情下(临终关怀需求量大和现有的临终关怀医院少、设施差)存在很多问题,导致该两种模式的实施有一定困难。本文根据现有国情提出以国家、集体为主体,在社区卫生服务中心全面建立专门的临终关怀病房,以期解决目前面临的问题;并系统讲解了社区卫生服务中心临终关怀病房的具体工作内容及其可行性分析。
Objective At present, the two widespread modes of hospice care in china are Li yiting＇s ＂ PDS mode＂ and Shi rong＇s＂ Shi＇s mode＂. The two modes is now beset with problems under China＇s current national conditions, so this could be very difficult to operate. In this article, we suggests that we should set up the hospice care ward at the community - based health care center which with the state and the collective remaining dominant. We also explain the particular working con- tent in the hospice care ward systematically and analyse it＇s feasibility.
