摘要
以湖南理工学院图书馆为个案,具体介绍其办馆理念、工作思路,利用效益,较有特色的服务措施等,认为以人为本,让服务成为读者与馆员共同成长的平台,才能使图书馆这个"生长着的有机体"充满活力与朝气。参考文献12。
Taking Hunan Institute of Science and Technology as a case, this paper explains in details the library construction concept, working line, utilization efficiency and unique service measures etc., puts forward that in order to make the library ＂a growing organism＂ full of vigor and dynamism, we should have people first and make service the platform for the developing of readers and librarians.
