摘要
结合中医学络病理论的研究成果和高尿酸血症致病机理,探讨高尿酸血症及其肾损害的中医学病机和治疗特点,提出高尿酸血症及其肾损害与中医学络病密切相关,疾病过程中出现的各种血管结构和功能的病变,均与中医学内毒致病、络脉壅塞有关,从络论治应贯穿该病治疗的始终,故根据疾病的演变规律,采取不同治络方法,可取得临床疗效的较大突破。
The pathogenic and therapeutic characteristics of hyperuricemia and hyperuricemia-induced renal damage were discussed based on the theory of collateral in traditional Chinese medicine.It is indicated that the changes of vascular structure and function in hyperuricemia and hypemricemia-induced renal damage are related with the pathogenesis of endo-toxicity attack and collaterals obstruction.Therefore, syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the collateral theory should be the therapeutic priuciples of hyperuricemia and hypemricemia-induced renal damage.
