摘要
目的使高危孕妇尽快终止妊娠，以提高围产期保健质量。方法采用低位水囊对２２０例高危孕妇，其中包括重度妊高症、过期妊娠、妊娠合并风湿性心脏病、全臀及单臀等进行引产。结果均有效。２２０例中完全成功２１６例，成功率９８％；新生儿死亡１例，占０．４５％；孕妇存活２２０例，存活率１００％。结论应用此方法效果良好，简便易行，值得推广。
Objective To help high risk pregnant women to terminate pregnanct as quickly as possible so that the perinatal health level can be raised. Methods Low induction of labor with water bag was used to terminate high risk pregnancy of 220 cases, including severe hypertension of pregnancy, prolonged pregnancy, prolonged pregnanly, pregnancy complicated by rheumatic heart disease, complete buttock and half buttock. Results It was effective in all patients. Among 220 cases the method was completely successful in 216 cases and the successful rate was 98%, one newborn died and the mortality rate was 0.45%: 220 pregpant women survived and the survival rate was 100%. Conclusion The method should be spread because its results are good and it is also easy to use.
