邻苯三酚自氧化法测定不同蜂产品抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:63

Anti-oxidation study of different bee products measured by pyrogallol autoxidation method

摘要 以蜂胶、蜂花粉、蜂王浆、蜂蜜为材料,利用邻苯三酚自氧化法分别测定和比较了1%蜂胶醇提液、5%蜂花粉醇提液、10%蜂王浆醇提液、10%蜂蜜醇溶液对超氧阴离子自由基(O2ˉ)的清除效果。结果表明,4种蜂产品对超氧阴离子自由基(O2ˉ)均有较好的清除效果,随着样品加入量的增多清除效果也越强,并呈现量效关系,但加入相同样品量时,表现为1%蜂胶醇提液和5%蜂花粉醇提液清除效果最好,10%蜂王浆醇提液、10%蜂蜜醇溶液次之。说明蜂胶、蜂花粉、蜂王浆、蜂蜜都能清除人体内过多的超氧阴离子自由基(O2)ˉ,其中蜂胶和蜂花粉清除效果最好,是很好的抗氧化食品。 The anti-oxidation effect of 1% ethanol extract of propolis, 5% ethanol extract of bee pollen, 10% ethanol extract royal jelly and 10% ethanol extract bee honey were measured and compared by method of pyrogallol autoxidation mehtod. The results showed that these four different bee products were all good antioxidation products, and the removing superoxide anion radical(O^-2) ability of 1% ethanol extract of propolis was best, the next was 5% ethanol extract of bee pollen, the abilities of bee honey and royal jelly were no better than of propolis and bee pollen. In addition, the removing superoxide anion radical ability of different bee products showed a dose-response relationship. It could be concluded that propolis and bee pollen were better anti-oxidation products than that of royal jelly and bee honey.
