摘要
为探讨补肾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型早期2型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效,选择80例早期2型糖尿病肾病肾虚血瘀证患者,采用随机对照的原则分为治疗组和对照组,在基本降糖治疗基础上,分别给予补肾活血方、洛汀新治疗3个月,观察治疗前后早期糖尿病肾病的中医症候疗效,并对血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿白蛋白排泄率、尿β2-微球蛋白、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖酐酶、血脂及肝肾功能等指标进行比较。结果补肾活血方治疗早期糖尿病肾病总有效率为88.24%,中医症候改善率为91.18%:在降低血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿白蛋白排泄率、尿β2-微球蛋白、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖酐酶、血脂等指标上均优于对照组(P(0.05)。说明补肾活血方是治疗肾虚血瘀型早期2型糖尿病肾病的有效方法。
To study the Clinical efficacy of using the Bushen Huoxue Prescription to treat early type 2 diabetic nephropathy （DN） with ＂ Shenxu Xueyu＂ ,80 patients who were diagnosed as early early type 2 diabetic nephropathy with ＂ Shenxu Xueyu＂ is chosed , divided them to the treatment group and the control group. At the same time of applying basic treatment to control blood sugar, one group used the Bashen Huoxue prescription and the other used Lotensin for 3 months and obserued the symptoms before and after the treatment and comparead the index level of （blood sugar）BS, glycosylatedhemoglobin-A1 c（ GHbA1 c）, urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER）, β2-microglobulin（ β2MG）, β-N-acetyglocosamidase （NAG）, blood lipid, liver function and renal function. It is resuhsed that total efficitive rate of using the Bushen Huoxue Prescription to treat early type 2 diabetic nephropathy is 88.24%. The improvement rate of Chinese Medicine Relateal symptoms is 91.18% and superior than the control group on BS, GHbA1 c, UAER, β2-MG, NAG and blood lipid. It is conclusioned that Bushen Huoxue Prescription is an efficient way in treating early type 2 diabetic nephrooathv.
