Ⅲ型Pilon骨折手术治疗体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨Ⅲ型Pilon骨折的治疗方法、手术时机和并发症的防治。方法:回顾性分析1991年8月至2006年11月期间资料完整的46例Ⅲ型Pilon骨折患者的临床资料。结果:46例患者年龄13～65岁,平均38.5岁。开放骨折16例,闭合骨折30例,合并腓骨骨折25例。胫骨骨折钢板固定28例,18例行螺钉加克氏针有限内固定、外固定支架固定。随访10个月～5年,平均32.5个月。按Mazur评分标准,优28例,良12例,可4例,差2例,优良率87%。术后共有12例手术切口或创面愈合困难,5例骨折延迟愈合,创伤性骨性关节炎13例。结论:影响复杂Pilon骨折预后的因素很多,选择合适的治疗方法,适当的手术时机是成功的关键。
