吸附树脂对山竹黄酮化合物吸附特性的研究 被引量:3

ADSORPTION CHARACTERISTIC OF FLAVONOIDS GARCINIA MANGOSTANA L.ONTO RESINS

摘要 研究了S-8、LSA-5B、X-53种吸附树脂分离纯化山竹夹层中黄酮类化合物的静态吸附过程。吸附动力学实验表明树脂吸附速率较快,1.5h基本达到吸附平衡,符合拟二级动力学吸附方程,吸附速率常数:k_(X-5树脂)>k_(LSA-5B树脂)>k_(S-8树脂)。在等温条件下,LSA-5B树脂、S-8树脂对黄酮类化合物的吸附量随初始吸附浓度的变化遵循Langmuir和Freundich吸附等温方程,X-5树脂仅遵循Freundich吸附等温方程。3种树脂的吸附自由能ΔG<0,是自发吸附。 The adsorption performance of flavonoids onto S-8/X-5/LSA-SB resins was studied and the adsorption kinetics and isotherm equations were simulated. The results indicated that not only Langmuir but also Freundlich equations were perfectly fit for the adsorption of flavonoids onto S-8 and LSA-SB resins. X-5 resin was only fit for the Freundlich equation. Data on three resins were correlated to the Ho second-order kinetics equations. The velocity constants of adsorption kinetics for flavonoids onto the three resins were: X-5 resin〉LSA-SB resin〉S-8 resin. The adsorption rate was fast and the equilibrium was arrived in 1.5 h. The adsorption free energy △G〈0, so the adsorprion performance were unprompted.
