凹凸棒土活化方法与吸湿性关系的研究 被引量:9

摘要 为提高凹凸棒土的吸湿性能,拓展其应用领域,以商品级凹凸棒土为原料,采用不同活化方法对凹凸棒土进行活化处理。研究结果表明:用酸活化处理凹凸棒土的吸湿性,超声搅拌与加热机械搅拌并不能有效改善凹凸棒土的吸湿性能;用马弗炉在300℃下热活化或微波加热活化5m in后凹凸棒土吸湿效果最好。热活化能有效改善凹凸棒土吸湿性能,该干燥剂制造工艺简单,价格低廉,具有开发利用价值。 In order to enhance moisture absorption ability of attapulgite and develop its application field, industrial attapulgite was activated by different activating methods. The results show that moisture absorption ability of attapulgite can not be effectively improved, when attapulgite is treated by acidic activation, ultrasonic agitation and calefaction agitation. Moisture absorption ability of attapulgite reached the best effect, when attapulgite is thermally activated by heating in muffle at 700℃ or by microwave radiating for 5 min. Thermal activation of attapulgite can effectively improve its moisture absorption ability. The manufacturing technology of desiccants is simple and cheap, which has good value in application.
