摘要
用大肠菌群快速纸片法对市区116家饮食业店1258份餐具进行了消毒效果监测,消毒后餐具合格率74.24%,并对几种消毒方法的消毒效果进行了比较分析,明确了消毒的餐具应采取保洁措施防止餐具二次污染的重要性,并提出餐具消毒工作应实施长效管理的一些看法。
