摘要
用大肠菌群快速纸片法对市区１１６家饮食业店１２５８份餐具进行了消毒效果监测，消毒后餐具合格率７４．２４％，并对几种消毒方法的消毒效果进行了比较分析，明确了消毒的餐具应采取保洁措施防止餐具二次污染的重要性，并提出餐具消毒工作应实施长效管理的一些看法。
