摘要
目的:研究肝癌患者外周血LAK细胞活性。方法:作者应用MTT法和间接免疫荧光法分别检测27例肝癌、19例肝硬化患者和20例健康人外周血LAK细胞活性和单个核细胞IL2R表达,结果:结果表明肝癌患者外周血LAK细胞活性与IL2R表达均显著低于正常人和肝硬化患者(P<0.001);肿瘤直径>5cm的肝癌患者IL2R表达显著低于≤5cm者(P<0.05);有门静脉癌栓者IL2R表达明显低于无门静脉癌栓者(P<0.05);经化疗肝癌患者LAK细胞活性及IL2R表达均较未经化疗者明显降低(P<0.05)。
Aim:to study on the lymphokine activated killer cell activity in patients with hepatocellular carcincma.Method:The LAK activity and interleukin 2 receptor(IL2R) expression were measured in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC,n=27),liver cirrhose(LC,n=19) and control groups(n=20).Results:The results showed that LAK activity and IL2R expression were markedly decreased in HCC groups as compared with that of LC and control groups(P<0.001).It was suggested that the disturbed immune function in HCC patients was manifested as depressed LAK activity,deficient IL2R expession.The HCC patients with larger tumors(>5cm in diameter) showed significantly decreased IL2R expression as compared with that of smaller tumors (≤5cm in diameter,P<0.05);the HCC patients with tumor thrombi in portal branches had significantly lower IL2R expression than that without tumor thrombi(P>0.05).It was indicated that development and metastasis of HCC might be associated with decreased IL2R expression conclusions:The LAK activity and IL2R expression of PBMC in HCC patients with chemotherapy were significantly depressed as compared with that without chemotherapy(P<0.05),this demonstrated that chemotherapy might depress the immune function of HCC patients.
