摘要 目的探讨经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗锁骨骨折。方法应用间接复位技术,通过建立骨折两端皮下隧道,采用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折17例。结果所有患者随访3~11个月,平均7个月。骨折愈合时间:锁骨5~11周(平均8周),均无骨折延迟愈合及不愈合。所有病例无感染及内固定失败等并发症。结论经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗锁骨骨折符合生物学固定(BO)原则,有利于骨折的愈合及软组织的修复。 Objective To discuss the clinical application ofpercutaneous minimally invasive locking conpression plate (LCP) osteosynthesis in clavicle fracture and to evaluate its clinical effects. Methods 17 cases of clavicular fracture were treated with indirect reduction and LCP plating through the subcutaneous tunnel between fracture ends. Results All the patients were followed up fOr 3 to 11 months (averaging 7 m). The fracture healing time ranged from 5to 11 weeks (averaging 8 W)for the clavicular fractures. No nonunion and delayed union occurred in these cases. No infection and internal fixation failure happened in all the cases. Conclusion Percutaneous minimally invasive locking compression plate osteosynthesis is a kind of biological osteosynthesis(BO), and has an advantage of accelerating bone and soft tissue hea- ling.
