摘要
目的:探讨光敏化姜黄素对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的抑制作用。方法:应用MTT法检测不同浓度和光照时间的姜黄素对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞生长的影响。结果:光敏化姜黄素对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的生长起抑制和杀伤作用,并且这种作用随着姜黄素浓度的增加和光照时间的延长而增强。结论:姜黄素是一种新型的光敏剂,能有效的杀伤和抑制人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的生长。
Objective:The aim of the present study is to explore the inhibitive action of photoactive eurcumin on human breast cancer cells. Methods: MTT reduction assay was performed to measure the photoinactivation of MCF - 7 cells with the different concentrations of curcumin. Results: Photoacfive curcumin could significantly inhibit the growth of human breast cancer MCF - 7 cells along with the increasing of carcumin concentrations and the prolong of irradiation time. Conclusion: Curcumin is a new photosensitizer which could effectively inhibit the growth of human cancer of MCF - 7 cells.
