摘要
目的:建立HPLC对牡丹皮中芍药苷定量的分析方法。方法:采用HPLC法;流动相;乙腈-0.1%磷酸(19∶81),检测波长230 nm.结果:芍药苷线性范围为0.096-0.48m g/ml(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为96.36%,RSD为0.56%(n=5)。结论:本方法灵敏、结果准确可靠。
Objective:To establish the method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Paeonia suffruticosa Andrl. Method: HPLC analysis was carried out on VP-ODS column and CH3CN-1.0ml/LH3PO4(19:81) as the mobile phase. The detection wave length was 230nm. Result: The method was linear at the range of 0. 096-0. 48m g/ml( r = 0. 999 7) ,and the average recovery was 96.36%, RSD was 0.56% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, highly sensitive and reproducible. It may be used for the quantitative determination of Paeoniflorin in Paeonia suffruticosa Andrl.
