摘要
现代市场经济是资本支持下的创新型经济,故金融市场是市场经济的最核心组成部分,无论是资本市场还是货币市场,它们均为国家经济的良好运行提供资金与货币"动力",系国家经济的睛雨表。市场经济是民主经济、法治经济,故在健全、完善我国法制体系的前提下,必须深化金融市场改革,规范资本融通行为,建成有序化、规范化、法治化的现代金融市场。当前,我国正着力建设和谐社会,必定需要又好叉快的市场经济作支撑,需要规范高效、先进开放的金融市场作依托。因此,完善金融市场是关键,发展稳健型的创新性市场经济是基础,健全社会主义法治是保障,促进社会和谐是目的。
Economy is the basis of a society, and an efficient and sustainable economy is vital to the well being of a society. Financial market is the core of modern market economy, in that capital market and monetary market provide engine for the overall economy. Market economy entails democracy and law. As China is endeavoring to build a harmonious society, it requires a sound and fast-developing market economy, as well as an efficient financial market.
