摘要
研究发现在HAc-NaA c缓冲体系中,痕量Bi^3+对KBrO3氧化结晶紫(CV)的褪色反应有较好的阻抑作用,据此建立了测定痕量Bi^3+的新方法.确定了反应的最佳实验条件和动力学参数.方法线性范围为0.0-12μg/L,检出限为0.9×10^-10 g/mL.可用于中草药中痕量铋的测定.
In HAc-NaAc buffer solution, trace bismuth (Ⅲ) can sensitively inhibit the discoloration reaction of crystal violet(CV) oxidized by KBrO3. Based on this, a new method for determination of trace bismuth is established. The optimum conditions and kinetic parameters are obtained from the investigation. The calibration graph is linear in the range of 0. 0 - 12μg/L, and the detection limit is 0. 9×10^-10 g/mL. The method can be used for the determination of trace bismuth in Chinese herbal medicine with a satisfactory result.
