摘要
为提高中式卷烟特色工艺的分组加工技术水平,本文采用以不同干燥处理方式对感官品质的影响,对原料的分组加工方法进行了研究与探讨。结果表明:利用不同干燥处理方式的分组加工中,采用按地区、部位进行原料分组的方法是有效的;而对于同一地区、同一部位的烟叶原料,经过不同干燥方式处理后的加工特性有着较强的一致性。这一分组方法可满足产品设计要求,对稳定提高产品质量、降低配方成本作用明显。
In order to improve the grouping processing technology of Chinese-style cigarette's characteristic process, the method of grouping processing was studied by effect of different dry mode on panel testing results. The result showed that the method of grouping processing was efficient according to different tobacco area and position; the process characteristic of same area and position tobacco leaves was tending to similar after the treatment of different dry mode. Grouping processing had a significant effect on product quality improvement and blend cost reduction.
