摘要
基于两种不同成分、两种不同热处理状态的亚共析钢的帽型试样强迫剪切实验,在Hopkinson压杆的不同速度加载条件下,研究了材料动态响应的微结构特征,分析了铁素体含量对绝热剪切的影响规律。结果表明,随着铁素体含量的减少,剪切带宽度越窄,绝热剪切越敏感。
Microstructure characteristic of hat-shaped specimen of two kinds of different component hypoeutectoid steel via different heat treatment was studied on SHPB forced shearing test with different loading velocity. Influence of ferrite content on adiabatic shear band was discussed. The result shows that with ferrite content decreasing,the width of adiabatic shear band becomes thinner and the phenomenon of adiabatic shear is more obvious.
