摘要
处于社会转型期和进入市场化的当代传媒,尽管也开始关注弱势群体,关心大众的生存状态。然而当代传播中对人文关怀的表达可以说既不充分又不深刻。主要原因在于传媒自我定位存在一个悖论,在理论上自知是大众的引导者和服务者,但在实践上却徘徊于颐指气使的钦差大臣和亦步亦趋、满脸堆笑的服务生之间。这个悖论的产生根源是传媒心态浮躁,急功近利,对人文关怀缺乏理性思考,以及由此造成的新闻理念的偏颇和肤浅。只有当传媒以真正的人文关怀即科学而理性的人文关怀为复归和基点时,才会正确地自我定位,才会具有最大的说服力与感染力,也才能最成功地完成舆论引导和监督的责任。
The articulation of humanistic care in the contemporary communications is neither sufficient nor profound, which has been caused by the impetus mentality, the eagerness for instant success and quick profits and the lack of rational reflection on humanistic care. As a result, the philosophy of news industry is biased and shallow. Therefore, media should be oriented and based on the scientific and rational humanistic care. It is only in this way can media possess suitable orientation, vast persuasion and influence, and the success of guiding and supervising public opinions.
