摘要
蜂窝板是航天工业设计中一种相当理想的热防护结构。它重量轻,导热系数小,非常适合作为未来航空航天器的围壁结构,因而受到广泛的研究。不同于一般的结构构件,蜂窝结构的热传导特性是其主要性能指标,它决定着蜂窝结构是否满足使用要求,所以对蜂窝结构传热特性的研究是近年来研究的重点。为此,采用有限单元法分析固体导热与辐射耦合作用下蜂窝单胞的传导特性和纵向等效导热系数,以期为蜂窝结构传热设计提供依据。
Honeycomb core panels have been proposed for major insulating portions of reusable aircraft. It was lightwe ight, low effective thermal conductivity: Heat transfer is very complicated in honey- comb core panel. It includes solid conduction, radiation, gas conduction and gas convection.Honeycomb is modeled using FEM, consider radiation and conduction, ignoring gas heat transfer. The effective thermal conductivity of cell for honeycomb core can be calculated it will supply important information for the whole heat transfer calculation of honeycomb core panel.
