摘要
通过目前中国农村建设实际,对发展干预理论进行了反思,认为发展干预的若干理论仍旧落入权力滴流效应误区,从而无法保障农民的发展权益,因此农民应相应成立自己的组织,以与其他社会行动形成较为平等的权力制衡。
Based on the current reality of rural construction in China, this paper reflects on the theories of development interventions, and argues that some of these theories have fallen into the loophole of power trickling-down effect, with the result that the rights of the farmers cannot be pratected. Therefore, the farmers should establish their own organizations as a check and balance against other social actions
