摘要
                
                    应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对唐氏螺纹和普通螺纹的联接结构进行模拟分析,研究在总轴力分别为15kN、20kN、25kN、30kN时唐氏螺纹和普通双螺母螺纹牙的应力情况,并且对照结果做出相关力学性能比较,得出在不同工况下唐氏螺纹和普通螺纹结构的应力分布,可以看出唐氏螺纹相对于其它螺纹接触应力总体上略大。从而可以得出以下结论,在相同外部条件下唐氏螺纹具有较好的综合性能。
                
                The configurations of tangshi and general screw thread were simulated by using ANSYS, through comparing the simulation result data of the tangshi and general screw thread when axial force applied to them was 15kN, 20kN, 25kN, 30kNrespectively,we could get the stress distribution under different conditions and know the contact stress of the tangshi screw thread is slightly larger than that of others. The results show that the tangshi screw thread has better comprehensive properties under the same condition.
