摘要
继电控制线路的故障检测在机电设备安全可靠运行中起着重要的作用。本文对继电元件按照功能进行了分类,建立了各自的仿真模型,并将整个控制线路抽象为网络拓扑图。在此基础上,提出了一种通过逻辑仿真的方法对电路中可能存在的竞争和冒险进行检测的算法。应用实例表明,此算法能有效地检测出继电线路中存在的竞争和冒险,从而避免了一些不合理的设计,提高了设计效率。
Relay system is one of the most broadly used control systems. Relay circuit design is a key part of relay system. CAD software, even those specifically created for relay circuit design, has no effective support to simulate relay circuits, and it is problematic because it requires manual analysis and verification, which wastes valuable design time and introduces design errors inevitably. The research and development of relay circuit simulation software is a significant and valuable work. In this paper, relays' model classified according to their functions and their models are established. Relay control circuit is understood as a topography. The method of checking the competition risk is based on the simulation of the delay circuit according to the models.
