间充质干细胞向内皮细胞分化的可塑性及应用研究

摘要 间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)是骨髓的基质细胞,不仅具有支持造血的功能,还具有分化为中胚层、内胚层和外胚层来源的组织的潜能,在特定的培养条件下可以分化为骨、软骨、脂肪、肌肉以及内皮细胞^[1]。现就MSCs向内皮细胞分化的可塑性及在组织工程化血管、治疗心脏血管缺血性疾病及在自身免疫病方面的应用研究进行综述如下。
