摘要
用氧化剂对3种不同密度的聚氨酯泡沫体进行化学改性处理,研究改性载体固定化微生物处理高氨氮废水的效果,结果表明:改性后泡沫体上具有化学活性的官能团增加,有利于通过载体结合法固定化微生物细胞;干态密度为30 kg/m3的改性聚氨酯泡沫体作为固定化高效微生物载体时,具有亲水性好、微生物负载量高的优点,所得固定化微生物用于高氨氮废水处理时呈现污染物去除速率快的动力学特征。
Three kinds of polyurethane(PU) foams with different densities were modified by oxidant and the effects of immobilized microbe of modified carrier on treating wastewater with strong ammonium were studied.The results showed that the function group with chemical activity was increased on the modified PU foam,which favored immobilized microbe cells through carrier combination method.The modified PU foam with 30 kg/m3 of dry density exhibited good hydrophilicity and high microbe loading amount when it was taken as the carrier of immobilized high performance microbe.Meanwhile,the resulting immobilized microbe showed a kinetics character of quickly removing contamination from wastewater when they were used to treat the wastewater with strong ammonium.
