摘要
采用系统聚类法,选取土地利用结构与利用效率指标,将西藏自治区划分为中心城市发展区、人口-产业集聚区、能源-矿产资源重点开发区、农牧业发展区、生态环境保护重点区,并综合评述了各分区土地利用特征及土地利用管制措施。
By using system clustering method and selecting the indexes of land utilization structure and utilization efficiency,Tibet autonomous region was divided into the development area of central city,population-industry gathering area,key development area of energy sources and mineral resources,thedevelopment area of agriculture and animal husbandry and key protected area of ecological environment.The land utilization characteristics of each subarea and the control measures of land utilization were comprehensively expounded.
