摘要
比较分析了PTT/毛混纺织物和PET/毛混纺织物的拉伸、弹性、褶皱回复等性能。结果表明:与PET/毛混纺织物相比,PTT/毛混纺织物具有较高的伸长率和较低的断裂强度,且能在较高伸长率下保持较低的拉伸模量;PTT/毛混纺织物具有优异的弹性回复性能,收紧力在棉氨包芯纱织物和PET/毛混纺织物之间,织物应力松弛率较小;PTT/毛和PET/毛混纺织物的折痕回复性能均较好,PTT/毛混纺织物有更优的缓弹性回复性能;PTT/毛织物的抗起毛起球性能一般在4级以上;PTT/毛混纺织物手感柔软,硬挺度小于PET/毛混纺织物。
In this paper, the properties such as tensile, elasticity, crease recovery of PTT/wool and PET/wool blended fabrics were compared. The results indicated that PTT/wool blended fabrics owned the high elongation rate, low breaking tenacity and low tensile module at the high elongation rate by comparing with PET/wool blended fabrics. The elastic recovery of PTT/wool fabrics is as excellent as that of PET/wool fabrics, while for PTT/wool fabrics, the frapping strength is in the middle of that of cotton/lycra core yarn fabrics and PET/wool fabrics, and stress relaxation is smaller. Both the two kinds of fabrics have the good crease recovery, especially PTT/wool fabrics showing better delayed elasticity. Fuzz and pills resistance of PTT/wool fabrics is better generally with the grade above 4. The stiffness of PTT/wool fabrics is less than PET/wool fabric.
