摘要
目前220 kV系统二套主保护用二次交流电压多采用母线PT同一次级。近年浙江省运行中多次发生在一些特殊运行方式下倒排操作、旁路开关代主变开关,或某一回路异常,引起整个变电站失去保护用二次交流电压,导致220 kV线路无保护运行,严重危及220 kV系统安全运行。此文详细分析了浙江省这几次220 kV变电站失去保护用二次交流电压的原因,提出了提高保护用二次交流电压可靠性的改进方案或防范措施。
Recent years, some substations in Zhejiang Province lost the 220 kV protection system when the reverse switch and pass-by switch repaced main switch under special operation or some circuit was abnormal. These situations badly endanger the 220 kV power system. The reason of losing the protection in 220 kV substation is particularly analyzed in this paper, and the methods are pointed out to prevent those situations.
