摘要
推导了单缸液压机受偏心载荷时上横梁受载环面压力随坐标变化的函数关系式,给出了在有限元分析软件ANSYS中采用宏程序实现偏载施加的方法,并以某液压机上横梁为例作了计算分析。该处理方法较真实地反映了液压机上横梁载荷分布的状况,可方便、准确地用于上横梁的计算分析,具有工程实用价值。
Derives a function of the pressure varying with coordinates on the torus of the upper beam of hydraulic press with single cylinder acted upon eccentric-load.The method of applying this eccentric-load with macroprogram in ANSYS was given.As an example,an upper beam of hydraulic press is calculated.The results show that the method gives the actual status of the load distributing.The method is simple and accurate,then useful for engineering usage.
