摘要
试验采用盆栽方法在不同土壤以及不同品种间接种不同菌株,通过对固氮酶活性及酰脲含量的测定结果进行分析得出酰脲含量与固氮酶活性之间的相关系数为0.64,呈显著正相关。从而说明酰脲含量的测定结果不仅可以作为估测固氮酶活性高低的指标,而且有助于高效固氮根瘤菌株的筛选。
By using pot plant test method, different Rhizobia strains were inoculated in different soil in which different soybean varieties had been planted. Ureide content and nitrogenase activity were analyzed, correlation coefficient between them was 0.64, which indicated that positive correlation existed between ureide content and nitrogenase activity. Therefore, ureide content can not only be used as an index to evaluate nitrogenase activity, but also to help screening of high efficient nitrogen fixation Rhizobia strain.
