糖尿病大鼠各器官糖原含量测定与分析 被引量:1

摘要 将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病(DM)模型,1个月后分别取10只DM大鼠、10只对照组大鼠的13个器官组织标本进行糖原含量测定。结果显示,与对照组比较,DM大鼠的肾、胰、脑垂体、脾和空肠糖原含量增加,心和腓肠肌糖原含量减少(P均<0.05),肝、肺、脑、睾丸、视网膜、脊髓糖原含量无明显变化。
