摘要
采用问卷法对大连市965名大学本科生进行人际交往能力和心理健康状况的调查,以了解不同群体大学生人际交往能力、心理健康的特点及其关系,为大学生健康成长、高校教育等相关工作的开展提供心理依据。结果表明:(1)大学生人际交往综合能力在一年级和二年级之间存在显著性差异,一年级高于二年级;在性别上存在显著差异,女生显著高于男生。但在专业上、生源上不存在显著差异。(2)大学生心理健康总体水平在年级、性别上存在显著差异,在专业、生源上不存在显著性差异。(3)大连市大学生心理健康总体水平与全国常模相比差异极其显著。(4)大学生人际交往能力对心理健康的回归分析结果表明,大学生人际交往能力能够预测心理健康水平。
This study investigates 965 undergraduates in Dalian through questionnaire to understand the traits of college students' interpersonal ability and mental health, and to reveal the relationship between the two, so as to provide psychological proof for college students' healthy development and the corresponding work of college educators. The results show:( 1 )There is significant difference of college students' interpersonal ability in grade and sex in that the ability of students in Grade 1 is higher than that of Grade 2 and female students have higher interper'anal ability than male students, while there is little difference in major and student origin. (2)There is significant difference of students' mental health in grade and sex while there is little difference in their major and origin in a whole. (3)There is significant difference between overall level of mental health of college students in Dalian and the national average level. (4)The regression analysis shows that college students' interpersonal ability can predict their mental health.
