美托洛尔等4种药物联用治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的观察美托洛尔、辛伐他汀、贝那普利和安体舒通4种药物联合治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床疗效。方法选择CHF患者102例,随机分成2组:对照组(51例)常规给予洋地黄及利尿剂治疗;治疗组(51例)在常规给予洋地黄及利尿剂治疗的基础上加用美托洛尔、辛伐他汀、贝那普利和安体舒通治疗。结果治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为92.2%、74.5%(P<0.05),治疗组对心功能的改善明显优于对照组。结论在传统的洋地黄和利尿剂治疗的基础上加用β受体阻滞剂、他汀类调脂药、ACEI和醛固酮受体拮抗剂联用治疗CHF是有效的治疗方法。
