摘要
分析三层共挤流延MCP薄膜生产工艺对真空蒸镀后铝层附着牢度的影响。选择合适的原料树脂、膜面进行适当的电晕处理以及MCP薄膜的熟化,对提高VMCPP薄膜铝层附着牢度有着重要的作用。
Analyzes the effect of the preparation of 3-layer MCP （metallization cast polypropylene） thin films as substrate on the adhesiveness of aluminum layer that is coated on MCP film through vacuum evaporation. The result shows that the three factors play important roles in the adhesiveness of Al layer coated on VMCPP films, ie., choice of proper resin as raw material, proper electric corona discharge for film surface and curing of MCP films.
