摘要
根据棉/牛奶蛋白纤维混纺拉舍尔毯的特性,前处理采用双氧水漂白和高效精练剂练漂工艺;染色采用CN中性活性染料及直接汽蒸法,经试验得到了较佳的工艺参数。结果表明,上述染整工艺既可使棉纤维发挥良好的性能,又使牛奶纤维保持丝绸般光泽和柔软手感。
Based on the characteristics of Raschel blanket from cotton-milk protein fibers, bleaching with hydrogen peroxide and scouring with high efficient scouring agent, as well as dyeing with neutral reactive dyes CN and direct steaming were applied. The optimal process parameters were obtained. The result showed that the process can make the cotton fiber better performance and keep the milk protein fiber silk-like luster and soft handle.
