摘要
通过分析、模拟纤维级聚丙烯生产过程,确定了在牌号切换过程中造成产品"鱼眼"数超标的原因。在生产工艺操作及牌号切换调整等方面实施了减少"鱼眼"的措施,改进了聚丙烯纤维级产品的质量。
The author found out the main reason that caused the ＂fish eye＂ number in fiber-grade polypropylene （PP） resin to exceed its specification through analysis and simulation of the PP production process. The counter measure against formation of the ＂fish eyes＂ was taken in aspects of production operation and grade transition process; the quality of the PP resin was improved
