摘要
计算机通过GPIB接口和标准设备命令语言(SCPI)的控制方法,实现了对M2000数字繁用表的程序控制。采用Quick BASIC作为编程语言和模块化的编程思想。软件部分由系统设置模块、快速测量模块、连续测量模块、结果显示模块和数据保存模块组成。利用所设计的自动测试系统实际测量了半导体激光器驱动器输出电流的稳定度,输出电流稳定度的测量结果为30ppm。
M2000 digital multimeter (DMM) is program-controlled through the GPIB interface and Standard Command of Programmable Instrument (SCPI). Quick BASIC is adopted in programming. By using the modular- pro- gramming concept, the software is divided into five parts, i.e. , system configuration, one-shot measurement, continuous measurement, data processing and storage. At last, the output current stability of semiconductor laser diode (LD) driver is measured as an example, and the test result is that current short- term stability is 30ppm.
