摘要
研究了4种虫生真菌对烟草甲虫的致死效果。结果显示,球孢白僵菌对烟草甲虫的防治效果最好,在108个/mL的孢子浓度下,对烟草甲虫的致死中时为10 d。另外几种真菌对烟草甲虫也有不同程度的感染。经过SPSS软件分析了白僵菌对烟草甲虫致死率与时间剂量的量化关系。
The lethal effects of four fungi on tobacco beetles were tested. The results showed that tobacco beetles could be infected by the four fungi. In the experiments, Beauveria bassiana originated from Guangxi Province was shown to be the best strain. It could cause half of the beetle's death rate in 10 days at 10^8 spores/mL. The regression equation describing the relationships between the infection time, spore concentration and the lethal rate were constructed by the software SPSS.
