摘要
四环素类抗生素是使用最广泛、用量最大的抗生素种类之一,其在环境中的大量残留带来了潜在的环境风险。本文介绍了四环素类抗生素目前在世界范围内的使用情况以及污染水平;并围绕微生物、植物、动物和土壤生物的生态毒性对四环素类抗生素的生态毒性进行阐述,总结了四环素类抗生素在群落、个体、细胞和分子水平上的生态毒性。最后,分析了目前对四环素类抗生素在土壤中的生态毒性研究相对滞后的原因,对今后的研究重点进行了展望。
Tetracycline antibiotics are a kind of antibiotics which has been extensively used in most countries. Its residues in environment bring to a potential hazard. In this review, the application situation and pollution level of tetracycline antibiotics all over the world were introuced, the eeo-toxieity of tetracycline antibiotics on microorganisms, plants, animals and soil organisms were discussed respectively combined with the latest research findings and the eco-toxieity at community level, individual level, cellular level and molecular level were summarized. Finally, reasons for the lagging behind in the research on eeo-toxicity in soil were analyzed and the future developments in the field of eco-toxieity of tetracycline antibiotics were prospected.
