摘要
通过分析耐切割纤维织物的耐切割机理,指出了提高纤维强度和模量对提高耐切割性能的重要性。在分析了相对分子质量、超分子结构、环化、纺丝工艺等因素对纤维强度和模量的影响基础上,重点综述了目前提高纤维强度和模量的方法,以及在开发高强高模纤维在原材料化学合成、物理改性以及纺丝工艺研究等方面的研究进展。
With the analysis of the mechanism of the cut-resistant fabric, the importance of improving the strength and modulus of fibers to gain the cut-resistance is pointed out. On the basis of the discussions of the influence of some important factors on the intensity and modulus of fibers, such as relative molecular weight, supramolecular structure, molecular cyclization, spinning processing, and so on, the methods of improving the strength and modulus of fibers and the recent developments of high strength and high modulus fibers are summarized, which includ the chemical synthesis, physical modification and the spinning processing of the fibers.
