摘要
目的了解高中生对药物滥用的认知态度和采取认知-动机-情商-抵御技能(CMER)教育模式干预后的效果,探讨预防高中生药物滥用的有效干预模式。方法以武汉地区某高中一、二年级146名学生作为观察对象,于CMER教育模式干预前后对药物滥用的认知、态度、抵制诱惑的技巧等方面进行问卷调查和效果评价。结果干预后高中生对毒品的基本知识与危害、对毒品的态度、抵制诱惑的技能等方面显著改善,回答正确率干预前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CMER模式能明显改善学生对药物滥用的认知和态度,应全面加强心理-行为教育。
Objective To investigate students' knowledge and attitude towards drug abuse and to evaluate the effect of Cognition-Motivation- Emotional Intelligence-Resistance Skills (CMER) educational model, and to explore effective intervention models against high school students' drug abuse. Methods 146 high school students were chosen from grade one and grade two in a high school in Wuhan. Questionnaire survey and the impact evaluation were conducted among them to investigate their understanding, attitude and the ability to resist the temptation of drugs before and after CMER educational intervention. Results Through CMER educational intervention, these students had a better understanding about the elementary knowledge of drug abuse and improved their attitudes towards the temptation of drugs with statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion CMER educational model can effectively improve the students' understanding and attitude about drug abuse, and the psycho-behavioral education should be further enhanced.
